By using our website or booking a stay at our property, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please take a moment to read them carefully – we’ve kept it as human as possible.
Booking & Check-in
Check-in is from 14:00 to 00:30. Please let us know your estimated arrival time in advance. Check-out is between 09:00 and 10:00. We know it’s hard to leave, but we’ve got to prep the room for the next happy guest. Cancellation and prepayment terms vary depending on your selected room. Please review the specific conditions when booking.
Guest Policies
Children of all ages are welcome! However, anyone aged 18 or older is considered an adult.
House Rules
No smoking indoors. Fresh air is great — smoke-free rooms are better! No parties or events are allowed. This is a place for rest, not raves. Quiet hours are from 20:00 to 07:00. Kindly respect other guests and our neighbors. No pets, unfortunately – even the cute ones. Group bookings of 4 rooms or more may be subject to special terms and additional charges.
Payments
Payments are securely handled by Booking.com on behalf of the property. Extras (like snacks, room service, etc.) can be paid for on-site using Visa or Mastercard.
Property Access & Safety
Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. We maintain 24-hour security and CCTV in public areas for your safety.
Website Access
Only Nqabanqaba property administrators are allowed to register or log in to the admin section of the website. Website users may only use the contact form to get in touch with us — please don’t spam or send anything weird.
